Fergus Purdie Architect.
It was a wonderful example to see urban design and such a beautiful practical working space. The layout included to working spaces with the Architects studio on the ground floor and an artist studio and living space above (Unfortunately we were not able to experience this due to an upcoming exhibition). The scale of the building blends into it's surrounding so naturally, yet keeps it's own identity.
Getting a chance to see some of the architectural designed in their early stages was great, along with some beautifully skilled hand drawings. All the models lying about inspired some new ideas and techniques. Something that will definitely be included in my own work.
