Searching for precedence in an 2005 issue of The Architectural Review and came across an article on BedZED. A wonderful carbon neutral development, perfect to study for the townhouse project. It may be a little out there in appearance but it certainly looks like a brilliant place to live. The housing development is a mixture of townhouses and flats providing an Eco conscious living space.
